We offer a complimentary 365-day warranty for every product purchased through evolpow.com.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty service excludes the following scenarios for affected products:

• Accidents, damages, negligence, misuse, or abuse;
• Incorrect assembly, installation, and/or maintenance (where applicable);
• Abnormal operating conditions;
• Alterations or modifications;
• Any purpose or application deviating from the design intent.

Normal wear and tear resulting from the product's intended use is anticipated and does not qualify for any warranty claim.

The warranty terms are non-negotiable and non-transferable. EVOLPOW strictly prohibits any unauthorized modifications to the warranty conditions.

The warranty service is not transferable to subsequent product owners or users and is exclusively available to the original retail purchaser who directly acquired the product from EVOLPOW.
