PAYMENT & ORDERING

1. CAN I COMBINE ORDERS OR ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders once they have been placed.
We make every effort to process orders promptly. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to support@evolpow.com right away, including "CANCEL" in the subject line. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. However, please note that cancellations may not be guaranteed if the order is already well into the shipping process.
If your credit card payment was declined, several reasons could be the cause. It may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect entry of the CSV security code, an expired card, inaccuracies in the provided billing information, or restrictions on internet purchases imposed by the card issuer. To understand the specific reason for the declined, we recommend contacting your issuing bank, as they can provide detailed information on the status of your card.

SHIPPING

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

At EVOLPOW, we uphold a free shipping policy for all products available on evolpow.com. You won't incur any additional charges for shipping; it's our commitment to you.
Typically, our available items ship within 2-3 business days. For pre-sale items, detailed information will be clearly indicated on the product page, and specific updates will be provided according to the particular circumstances. If you haven't received a shipping notification, please reach out to us at support@evolpow.com.
Once your order is placed, you may request a change in the delivery address. However, please note that alterations during transportation are not guaranteed. We recommend reaching out to us before the shipping process for any address modifications.
At present, our shipping services are exclusively available within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases). We have plans for future expansion and look forward to the opportunity to serve you as an EVOLPOW customer when international shipping becomes available.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, even though you received only one tracking number. If you're still missing items or have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@evolpow.com, and we'll provide you with all the tracking numbers for your multiple packages.

RETURN & REFUNDS

1. CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

Absolutely. EVOLPOW provides a hassle-free return policy allowing returns for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If your return request surpasses the 30-day period, kindly get in touch with us and provide the specific reasons. We will assess and handle the request based on the individual circumstances.

1. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL?

Kindly verify that you've entered the correct email address. If the address is accurate and you still haven't received our reply, please check your spam mailbox. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us directly using the online chat tool for immediate assistance.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, take pictures of the damaged package, ensuring the tracking number and product's name are visible. Next, please reach out to us by sending an email to support@evolpow.com, detailing the issue you're facing. Rest assured, our efficient team at EVOLPOW is dedicated to resolving all your concerns, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Certain products, due to their weight or the number of components, cannot be shipped in a single package. To ensure you receive the complete product, we may divide it into multiple packages for shipping. You will be provided with the exact package quantity and tracking number for each package upon shipment. Please note that these packages may not arrive simultaneously.
