NEW HOME GYM CURTESY OF EVOLPOW FITNESS!! I realize this audio and room transition thing has been dead for a while, but I wasn't doing this Instagram thing then and seemed like fun. Full disclosure, Evolpow reached out to me and asked about a partnership, and we decided to give it a shot. This presents an interesting opportunity for me because I'm still unwilling to bring a tripod and a mic into a commercial gym. Having a home setup allows me to create content where I can speak and demonstrate at the same time without feeling weird about doing it in a public space.

I love using a smith/cable machine for a majority of my accessory movements as they fit all of these requirements. Big thank you to @evolpow for sending over this smith machine to try out. The machine is incredibly sturdy, versatile, and I highly recommend it!

Been spending even more time in the garage lately, thanks to @evolpow for the awesome barbell and colored bumper plates! I do t have to guess about what weight I have on the bar, and they definitely add a nice pop of color to my storage rack.

If you're looking for a power rack that does it all, this is definitely the animal you need❗️❗️ EVOLPOW P3A POWERRACK I'm a strength athlete, and I used this today for my entire power lifting session. I was able to bench press. Do side lateral raises t bar rows pull-ups and face pulls off of literally the same machine, which to me saves time. Makes it easy because I don't have to jump from machine to machine. Save space and is amazing for functionality as well as diversity. This rack is truly your one-stop shop.
